Wellbeing / Testing help & contact

A little help
getting settled.

Thank you for trying Wellbeing. Here are a few useful things to know—and ways to tell us when something isn’t working for you.

For invited testers

  1. Open Wellbeing on your phone or computer using the button below.
  2. Enter the invitation code shared with you, then choose Enter private test. If you don’t have a code, ask the person who invited you.
  3. Choose what would be useful today. You can talk something through, make a small plan, or take a brief reset.
Open the private test

For adults 18+. Internet access is needed for AI conversations. This is a web app, not an App Store or Google Play download. A supported browser may also let you add it to your home screen.

A few common questions

The guide stopped or asked me to retry. What now?

If a reply fails, use the retry control shown beside it. The app keeps the pending message so you don’t need to type it again. You can also stop a response that is taking too long.

If retry still fails, check your connection and let the person who invited you know. Before refreshing or closing the app, remember that the active conversation is not a saved transcript and can be lost.

Why am I being asked for my invitation code again?

Private-test access expires periodically. Re-enter the code in the same open app, then choose Return to conversation. The app is designed to preserve the current in-memory conversation and pending message so you can retry. Reloading or closing it can lose that unsaved conversation.

How do I save something useful?

In Saved mode, finish or pause a meaningful conversation to review its Session reflection. Check the summary, edit it if you want, and choose Save to this device. A next step is optional.

Saved mode doesn’t mean automatic saving. The app keeps up to 25 approved reflections on the device where you saved them; it does not automatically back them up or sync them to another device.

Can I use it without saving a reflection?

Yes. Open You → Session privacy → Incognito. New conversation wrap-ups won’t be saved. Older saved reflections and separate reset preferences are unaffected. Live AI messages are still processed by the app server and AI provider.

Read exactly what Incognito changes.

Can I delete a reflection?

Yes. Open Reflections, select the reflection, choose Delete this reflection, and confirm. To remove all saved reflections, open You → Your saved reflections → Delete all saved reflections, and confirm.

Deletion cannot be undone through the app. It affects saved reflections on that device, not feedback or reports you previously submitted.

Tell us what felt useful—or didn’t

When Helpful so far? appears, you can choose Yes, A little, or Not really. Feedback is optional. Choosing Yes or A little sends that rating; Not really offers optional predefined reasons and a Send feedback button.

If a reply seems unsafe, inaccurate, dismissive, or otherwise concerning, use Report a concern beneath an eligible AI response. Choose a category, review it, and select Send this report.

These reports send categories and limited operational information, not the conversation text. They are not a monitored emergency channel and do not alert someone to intervene.

For a technical problem

Tell the person who invited you which part of the app you were using, what you tapped, and what went wrong. Your phone and browser type can help. There’s no need to share a personal conversation; if you send a screenshot, crop out sensitive information and the invitation code.

When you need urgent support

Wellbeing is not an emergency service. It does not monitor conversations or alert anyone. Help now in the app offers support resources and is available even before entering an invitation code. You choose whether to call, text, or open a resource.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services rather than waiting for an app reply or a response to feedback.
